GREENLAKE POWDER ROOM/LIBRARY CONVERSION

The house was perfect—except it didn’t have a main floor powder room. We found the space to tuck one neatly under the stairs, making it both functional and discreet.

STAINED GLASS WINDOW

We wanted this tiny powder room to feel like it had always been part of the house. A salvaged stained glass window from an old church and a half-recessed sink nestled between the studs made it both charming and seamless.

CUPBOARD UNDER THE STAIRS

We incorporated traditional light sconces flanking the toilet and recessed a shelving nook above it, adding much-needed storage while maintaining a classic, cohesive design.

COZY LIBRARY

To brighten this tiny bathroom, we added a leaded glass frosted window behind the recessed sink, allowing soft light to filter in from the library. The library itself fulfilled the owner’s dream, complete with wrap-around built-in bookshelves and a cozy window bench seat.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

A stained glass window, perfectly positioned between the pillar and the wall, fills the powder room with beautiful light, making it feel like a thoughtful part of the home’s original design.
