Absolutely! I can create a 360° model and floor plan for just that one area—just select “1–2 Room Focus” from the model dropdown menu.

Yes! If you're looking for help with things like furniture layout, storage ideas, or other non-structural tweaks, no floor plan needed—just send over your list of wants and ideas.
But if you’re hoping to move walls or make bigger layout changes, I’ll need an existing floor plan so we can spend our time designing, not measuring. For remote sessions, a Matterport scan is a must.

Nope—my focus is on big-picture spatial planning. I don’t provide detailed drawings like exact cabinet dimensions, electrical plans, or plumbing layouts. What I do provide is a clear, functional layout that shows how everything fits and flows—something your contractor or specialist can use to take it from idea to execution.

Renovations can come with surprises! If something makes the original design unworkable, I’m happy to adjust the plan with your contractor at no additional cost to make sure it’s practical and buildable.
-
Design is a collaborative process! During the session, we’ll explore multiple ideas and refine them based on your feedback. If we ultimately don’t land on a solution that feels right, no problem—I don’t charge unless you’re happy with the solutions we create together.

Yes, I include decks and patios as part of my landscape design work. I focus on thoughtful layouts that show how these elements fit and flow within the outdoor space. The measurements are close enough for planning, but they’re not exact construction specs—your contractor can use them as a guide when creating permit-ready plans.

No, I only work within the existing footprint of a building. If your ADU already exists—great! But I wouldn’t be able to design one from scratch.
-
Yes! I can redesign layouts for duplexes, triplexes, or other multi-unit structures to maximize functionality and appeal.

I typically need up to one week to complete a model, but it’s often ready sooner.
