The front porch was a neglected and uninviting eyesore. We restored its charm,
added a welcoming bench, and transformed it into a space that invites you to sit and stay awhile.

Space was tight for adding a kitchen to the basement apartment, but with some creative planning, we managed to tuck in a tiny, functional kitchen that makes the most of every inch.

The Victorian home’s brick foundation required extensive earthquake retrofitting. During the process, we maximized the space by adding a basement apartment, blending modern functionality with the home’s historic charm.

We repurposed the former utility shaft into a bathroom, cleverly utilizing the above-ground access to bring in natural light.
